Some people say time flies when you’re having fun and I think my 7 years of working with these extraordinary people is the best proof of that. I love the atmosphere, each moment of joy, appreciation, or progress that I made, and the influence that I have in creating the work environment and necessary processes. By the way, a 7-hour workday is great for work-life balance!

In Kambu, we form our little second family. Thanks to the support of the team, we can gain more and more experience in our own and in other fields. The company gives us the opportunity to develop our passions and broaden our horizons by participating in various courses or conferences. We implement interesting projects in various fields, which gives us the opportunity to look at something from a completely different angle. You certainly cannot get bored 🙂

Kambu is, first and foremost, people. I have friends and colleagues here. They are all professionals. The atmosphere that surrounds us makes working with them a pleasure, not a duty.

Kambu is my first programming job, so everything I really know about working as a JS dev is from this place. From the very beginning, I was taught to be heedful of the quality of code. I like to think I am lucky to have good teachers on my way. I have learned a lot here, not only about programming, but also about project management, and work culture. I really appreciate that Kambu is the place I met many great people and broadened my horizons.

The most important defining quality of Kambu is the family atmosphere. It is very rare to find such an atmosphere. Thanks to this, work is not a duty but a pleasure.

Kambu is pretty nice! The company is not big, so you know everyone. That’s a big plus when you have to work on a new project with people with whom you have not worked before and good communication is not a problem. Working here is a lot about self-development, you learn new things naturally, not only from your specialization but also stuff around which can be helpful in the future.

Working in Kambu is not only about improving my testing skills, it is also about gaining knowledge beyond the scope of testing so I have insight into the overall project management.

From a technical point of view, working in Kambu is really challenging and encourages growth. As it is a small company, you participate in multiple projects simultaneously and you are responsible for the whole development process, from planning the architecture and writing the code to testing and CI/CD. A great crew and 7-hour working days make being a part of Kambu even better.

The first thing that comes to my mind is the Pointer Sisters song: “I’m So Excited!” Working with professionals in a good atmosphere and the opportunity to learn new skills are the most important aspects for me.

For me working in Kambu is a constant growth process. Looking back at my designs and finding elements I can improve on is very satisfying.

Working in Kambu is very nice. As DevOps, you have to look at systems as a whole. We need to understand how everything works, not just one piece of the whole. That’s why it is important that there is good communication in the team, and there is no shortage of this in Kambu.
