Clients Need and Process
The partnership started as Polcom Group needed a site that highlighted their leading position in the modular building industry.
“Our old website was outdated and lacked a proper solution for contacting us. We needed a modern and attractive website that would reflect our growth ambition,” explains Wojciech Południewski, Chief Information Officer of Polcom.
As an additional challenge, the company was obtaining leads from various sources – email, phone, site forms, chat, and so on. These scattered points of contact meant extra time organizing messages and getting back to leads.
The project kicked-off with persona workshops to help pinpoint the needs of the site’s visitors. Then, some iterative wireframing narrowed down the precise vision Polcom had for the site. The last step before implementation was the hi-fi static version of the layout, which cleared out any remaining questions.
Outcome
The Website
The resulting Polcom Group website is modern and slick, with video animations and intuitive User Interface. The underlying WordPress CMS makes it extremely easy for Polcom staff to update it when necessary.
Kambu ensured the new premium design is supported by targeted CTAs and contact forms successfully funnel potential customers to the proper channels.
Polcom received a web and print Style Guide encapsulating the better practices of using text, icons, components, colors, and all UI elements. This way, the company is equipped to easily maintain their visual identity across future updates.
